Terms and Conditions

For online bookings, a security bond of £100 is payable via bank transfer or PayPal 7 days before arrival. Once payment is received, guests' pre-arrival information will be sent out via email. After check-out, our cleaning staff will inspect the accommodation, and if everything is satisfactory, the bond will be returned no later than 7 working days. 

All online bookings made via Booking.com are subject to a 42-day cancellation policy. You can cancel for free up to 42 days before your check-in date. Cancellations within the final 42 days are non-refundable.

(For bookings made less than 42 days before check-in: You have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel online for free. After this 24-hour period, you will automatically be charged the full amount for the reservation.)

A £40 cleaning fee will be applied on top of all bookings.  Cleaning fees are automatically applied to all online bookings. 

Booking payments are handled by Booking.com and refundable bond payments can be made by paypal or bank transfer, instructions wil be sent along with your booking confirmation email from us.

• Arrival:

• Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards. (Before this time, our cleaners will be preparing the caravan for your arrival.) The caravan park has a large car park for guests and staff. The caravan's address will be provided in a 'Pre-Arrival' email, usually one week before your check-in day. The keys are located in a key safe on the caravan's external wall next to the door. The code for the key safe is changed regularly; therefore, the code will be provided to you before your arrival via the 'Pre-arrival' email and/or SMS.

• Departure:

• Please vacate the caravan by 10 am and return your keys to the key safe, scrambling the dials to prevent unwanted access. (Our cleaners will arrive promptly to check and clean the caravan for its next use.) 

• Please remove any perishable food and belongings from the fridge and cupboards and take them with you. 

• Please double-check that all water taps, electrical devices, and gas appliances are switched off before leaving. 

• Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy state. 

• Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked before leaving. 

• Please strip your bedding and linens and leave them in the large white sacks provided (under the kitchen sink). 

• Please empty the kitchen bin before your departure. (Site recycling and waste facilities are located to the left of the exit road out of the Happy Days - Seaside caravan park.) 

• Finally, please don't forget to check for any personal belongings before you leave.
