House Rules

By booking with us, you are agreeing to adhere to the following rules during your stay:

• Smoking or vaping is strictly forbidden inside the caravan.

• Strictly no pets are permitted at any time.

• Please treat our property with respect and care during your stay.

• You will report any damages or soiling in a timely manner so that we can rectify them before the next guest arrives. Damage claims are processed via Booking.com after check-out.

• Please be mindful of other caravans and keep noise levels to a minimum after 11 pm. (This is also a site policy.)

• Please leave the caravan as you found it, i.e., in a clean and tidy condition when you leave.

• No shoes are to be worn in the bedrooms or living room area, please.

• Keep your key safe; replacement keys will be chargeable.

• Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilet.

• No events, stag, or hen parties are allowed.

• No food or drink is to be consumed in the bedrooms. Any food waste or spillages found upon cleaning will be viewed as soiling and will be chargeable.
