You’ll be a 2-minute walk from miles of golden sandy beaches and only a 25-minute walk to the centre of Mablethorpe. It’s truly a great location to base your holiday from.

With two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a family bathroom with a shower, and a generous living/dining area, the caravan also features a second double fold-out bed under the seating area in the living room. The living room also has a 40" HD TV with Freeview and various streaming apps, as well as a gas fire.

This caravan accommodates up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

All bedding is provided; however, towels are not provided during your stay.

The beds cannot be removed from the bedrooms to accommodate cots. No extra beds are available. The maximum number of total guests is 4.

Access Arrangements:

The keys will be available on your arrival day from 2 pm onwards and will be located in a wall-mounted key safe. The caravan's pitch number, address, and the key safe code will be provided to you via a pre-arrival email/SMS one week prior to arrival. The codes are changed after every check-out. This information will not be provided until a damage bond has been paid.
